| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To adopt rules to establish a process for registering growers of industrial hemp and set forth information and fees required; establish information reporting requirements; establish an inspection program to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Act and these Rules; create conditional penalty waiver provisions for registrants whose industrial hemp crop THC content tests between 0.3% and 1.0% by dry weight; and specify violations of these Rules for which penalties may be imposed. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
