| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend the rule to correct typographical errors; update language for uniformity with the national standard model law that is published in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130 Packaging and Labeling Regulation; and delete rules that are no longer necessary and that do not exist in current national model law. These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend the rule to correct typographical errors; update language for uniformity with the national standard model law that is published in the National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130 Packaging and Labeling Regulation; and delete rules that are no longer necessary and that do not exist in current national model law. These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process conducted in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order D 2012-002. |
