| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
To require approval for modifications to a manufacturer’s licensed premises that result in the increase or decrease in the total size of the licensed premises or additional sales room location. Because retail sales can occur on a manufacturer’s licensed premises or additional sales room location, the manufacturer must provide an updated diagram of the licensed premises or additional sales room location for approval prior to increasing or decreasing the size of the such premises or location. |
