| Description of Subjects/Issues |
This proposed amendment to Section 1.7.4 deletes the reference to the Recycling Resources Economic Opportunity (RREO) used fee amount listed in the table at Section 1.7.4. The depicted RREO user fee amount is being deleted because the fee is not required by statute to be included in the Regulations, and removing the RREO user fee listing will ease the administrative burden of annually updating the regulations to identify the statutory fee increase. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
