| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of the proposed amendments is to effect the legislative directive to adopt rules for the control of depredating animals. Many of the changes are aesthetic, grammatical, or syntactical; modify or add definitions; removal of a trademarked term; and to change the name of the rule to “Rules Pertaining to the Control of Depredating Animals.” These revisions incorporate changes as a result of the Department’s Regulatory Efficiency Review Process conducted in accordance with EO D 2012-002. |
