| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of this rule is to incorporate the provisions of HB12-1268 within the rules of the Division of Fire Prevention and Control pertaining to health facilities licensed by the State of Colorado. Enforcement responsibility of Life Safety Code requirements was formerly within the Department of Public Health and Environment, Division of Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services; it is now under the Division of Fire Prevention and Control. |
