| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To consider revisions Regulation Number 12, Part A “Diesel Fleet Self-Certification Program”. These proposed revisions are in response to House Bill 13-1091 which authorizes the Air Quality Control Commission to promulgate rules to allow, and to determine eligibility for, an alternative method for demonstrating compliance with opacity standards in which diesel fleet self certification owner participants follow and submit proof of exemplary maintenance practices, in lieu of opacity testing. |
