Description of Subjects/Issues |
The proposed amendments delete those sections of the Department’s rules that pertain to building construction or fire code standards in order to comply with House Bill 12-1268, which transfers authority for those functions to the Department of Safety, Division of Fire Prevention and Control, effective July 1, 2013. The proposed amendments also correct a number of typographical errors and update citations to other regulations and material that is incorporated by reference. |
