| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed amendment of Chapter IV, General Hospitals. The proposed amendment will align the Department’s regulatory language concerning authentication requirements for verbal order in a hospital with statutory changes made by House Bill 10-1229. |
