The State Board of Veterinary Medicine (the “Board”) finds immediate adoption of this rule is imperatively necessary in order to comply with state law, specifically section 12-64-103(17), C.R.S. The Board further finds compliance with the requirements of section 24-4-103, C.R.S., applicable to permanent rules, would be contrary to the public interest. Specifically, the purpose of the temporary rule is to conform Rule 1 to the specific types of supervision identified in section 12-64-103(17), C.R.S., when addressing the broad supervision requirements of section 12-64-104(1)(j), C.R.S., through Board rule. |
