The rulemaking entails the proposed permanent repeal of the amendment to Rule 7(C) of 3 Code of Colorado Regulations (CCR) 707-1, “Scope of Practice”, adopted on November 15, 2012. |

The basis and purpose of the proposed rule is to comply with the law by removing the definition of the word “Administer” and all certification requirements for chiropractors who choose to administer Nutritional Remedial Measures by means of injectable procedures. |
