| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
SB11-051 - Concerning an intercept of a person’s winnings for the purpose of paying an unpaid debt due to the state.
This bill requires changes to the Administrative Rule to account for additional processes and procedures to implement the legislation.
The Department also had a number of process changes to the Rule that have been included during this update process as well. |

The Department held a permanent rulemaking hearing on December 7. Stakeholders had some additional input and those changes are include in this document. The Department will file permanent rules in February 2013. |
