| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This change to CB101.64 will allow state-chartered banks to continue to engage in derivative transactions. Effective 1/21/2013 Section 611 of the Dodd-Frank Act permits such investments only if State law "takes into consideration credit exposure of derivative transactions." |
