Amendment of 6 CCR 1007-2, Part 4, Section 1 - Rules for Reimbursements from the Processors and End Users Fund |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these amendments is to modify who is eligible for reimbursements from the Fund per House Bill 12-1034, which amended section 25-17-202.5, C.R.S. Specifically, it redefines the term "End-user" and specifies when a processor is eligble to receive a reimbursement from the Fund. |
