| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on emergency rules that were adopted by the Board of Health on November 21, 2012, and to make those rules permanent. The proposed rules (amendments) establish the policies and procedures an ambulatory surgical center must have in place to ensure adequate patient care in the event of an emergency. |
