The purpose of this rulemaking is to outline the conditions and procedures governing the evaluation of an applicant’s military training and experience, designate a nationally-recognized examination approved by the Board, outline the conditions and procedures governing inactive licensure, and delineate the procedures a licensee must adhere to when an act enumerated in section 12-41-115, C.R.S., has occurred |

NOTE: The Physical Therapy Board ("Board") has decided to withdraw consideration of Rule 211 in their rulemaking hearing on 11/30/2012.
At its rulemaking hearing on November 30, 2012, the Board adopted rules 101 and 102 without ammendment, and adoopted rules 212 and 214 as amended.
At the November 30, 2012, Rulemaking Hearing, the State Physical Therapy Board adopted Rules 101 and 102 without amendment, and adopted Rules 212 and 214 as amended. |
