| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these amendments to Section 1 (Rules for Reimbursements from the Processors and End Users Fund) of 6 CCR 1007-2, Part 4 is to modify who is eligible for reimbursements from the Fund per House Bill 12-1034 amended section 25-17-202.5, C.R.S.. Specifically, it redefines the term “End user” and when a processor is eligible to receive a reimbursement from the Fund. |
