Amendments to Hazardous Waste Fees - Extension of Temporary Fee Decrease for Calendar Year 2013 |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these amendments to 6 CCR 1007-3, Parts 262 and 100 are to extend the one-year temporary decrease of 30% in hazardous waste fees for a second year (Calendar Year 2013) for compliance with the statutory cash fund limit on uncommitted reserves pursuant to § 24-75-402, C.R.S. The hazardous waste fees being reduced for calendar year 2013 as part of this rulemaking include Parts: 262.13 (Generator fees), 100.31 (TSD annual, volume and minimum fees), 100.32 (document review and activity fees), and 100.33 (notification fees). |
