The State Treasurer is considering rules to implement the requirements of Senate Bill 12-150, enacted during the 2012 regular session of the 68th General Assembly. Senate Bill 12-150 designates the State Treasurer as the issuing manager for financial obligations within the state, and requires the Treasurer to promulgate a State Public Finance Policy. This rule serves to fulfill that requirement. |
