| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Revisions to Regulation Number 8, Parts A and E. Specifically, the Division proposes to incorporate by reference changes the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) made to its National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (“NESHAP”) and Maximum Achievable Control Technology (“MACT”) rules into Regulation Number 8, Parts A and E. Further, the proposed revisions will include correction of any typographical or grammatical errors throughout the regulation. |
