| Description of Subjects/Issues |
Revise Regulation No. 6, Part A to incorporate by reference changes the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (‘EPA”) made to its New Source Performance Standards (“NSPS”) and/or Emission Guidelines in 40 C.F.R. Part 60. With one exception, the Division proposes to adopt these new and amended NSPS in full. Further, the proposed revisions will include correction of any typographical or grammatical errors throughout the regulation. |
