Consider amendments to the Rule 100 Series (Definitions) and Rule 318A(I) and (II). of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, 2 CCR 404-1 to define “horizontal well” and to permit greater flexibility in the creation of wellbore spacing units for purposes of drilling horizontal and infill wells in the portion of the City and County of Broomfield located within the Greater Wattenberg Area. |
