The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed amendment of Chapter XXI, Hospices. The proposed rules incorporate updated standards of care, changes necessary to align with federal guidelines, technical changes to reference material and a comprehensive reorganization of the Chapter so that it is clearer and more concise. |
