The primary purpose for these proposed amendments to the rules is to implement the new statutory changes and requirements as a result of SB12-091 and HB12-1055.
The Board is also using this opportunity to refine its rules to make them easier to identify and follow, particularly in relation to licensure requirements. The refinement also addresses information in relation to name and address changes. |
