The adopted rules became final May 17, 2013 after a decision was issued at the request of an interested party for correction of citation errors in the Decision on Exceptions, which decision addressed exceptions by parties to rules put forth in the Recommended Decision. The Practice and Procedure rules in their entirety are amended in this rulemaking. |
