| Description of Subjects/Issues |
To streamline SBE rules by including all end-of-year calculations for schools and districts in a new and separate section of the Education Accountability Rules (1 CCR 301-1). The department recommends that the Rules for the Administration of Colorado Data Reporting for School Accreditation (1 CCR 301-67) be repealed and that all end-of-year calculations be moved into a single section that is easy to locate at the end of the Education Accountability Rules. |

The state board streamlined its rules by including all end-of-year calculations for schools and districts in a new and separate section of the Education Accountability Rules (1 CCR 301-1).
