This amendment revises paragraph (A) of 6 CCR 1007-2, Section 1.7.4 to specify that operators of attended solid waste disposal sites should begin the collection of the reduced Solid Waste User Fee (adopted at the February 21, 2012 Commission Hearing) starting July 1, 2012. |
