Description of Subjects/Issues Amend rules to account for postmark in determining timeliness of employer quarterly reports and premium payments
Purpose/Objective of Rule The Unemployment Insurance Program is responsible for administering 8-76-101, C.R.S., which requires employers to pay premiums as prescribed by the division. Amendments to the rules are necessary to allow the Unemployment Insurance Program to take the postmark date into account when determining the timeliness of the receipt of a premium payment and quarterly report.
Comments This permanent rule change is identical to the emergency rule that was adopted 01/25/2012 under tracking number 2012-00053.
