| Description of Subjects/Issues |
This amendment to Section 1.7.4 of the Solid Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-2) reduces the fee collected for the Hazardous Substance Response Fund (HSRF). The HSRF portion of the Solid Waste User Fee (SWUF) is being reduced from the current sixteen cents per cubic yard to five cents per cubic yard. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
