Adopt current versions of previously adopted codes and to adjust fee structure to reduce fees |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Amendments to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety, Boiler and Pressure Vessel Regulations, 7 C.C.R. 1101-5, Article 1, Section 1-5 are being made to adopt current versions of previously adopted codes. Amendments to Article 3, Section 3-4(d) are being made to adjust the fee structure to reduce fees for triennial internal inspections of historical boilers (36 month certificate), to ensure compliance with the Colorado Boiler Statute, 9-4-109 (1) (a) (I), which states that the basic fee for a biennial or triennial inspection shall not exceed eighty-five dollars. |
