| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on amendments to the HCA annual license renewal fees. The proposed amendments will change the current renewal license fee structure to one flat base fee for a Class A license and another flat base fee for a Class B license. There will also be tiered volume fees based upon annual admissions along with a fee discount for agencies that are currently certified to provide Medicare or Medicaid services. |
