Description of Subjects/Issues |
Revision of rules based on SB 11-187 and overall rule clean up. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These rule changes are necessary because of statutory changes occurring following Senate Bill 11-187, concerning the continuation of the regulation of Mental Health professionals in the State of Colorado and for general overall clean-up and consistency for all mental health program rules. |
Comments |
These rules were promulgated in order to carry out the powers and duties of the Board of State Board Of Marriage And Family Therapist Examiners pursuant to CRS §§12-43-203 and 12-43-502. These rules affect every person seeking Colorado licensure as a marriage and family therapist, as defined in CRS § 12-43-201(7) and CRS § 12-43-501(4). |
