The Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, on its own motion, will consider additions to and amendments of Rules 100, 205, 305, 316, and 523 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, 2 CCR 404-1 for purposes of adopting rules governing the public disclosure of hydraulic fracturing chemicals, including notification of hydraulic fracturing operations. |
