Update & clarify language, abbreviations & terminology, general housekeeping. Addition of Rule 4.3.5 to clarify the application process. Put into rules, requirements for grading & drainage certifications in Rule 5.2.3 & Rule 6.2.3. Clarify Surveying Education requirements in Rule 4.7.2.2 & Rule 4.7.2.3. Update and clarify sealing document requirements for Architects in Rule 7.4.1. Changes, updates & clarification in mandatory Architect Continuing Education requirements. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
•Update and clarify language, abbreviations and terminology, general housekeeping (correcting typographical errors, formatting, capitalization, punctuation, etc.) on Rule 1.2.2, Rule 2.2, Rule 3.1.9 and Rule 3.2.1.1
•Eliminate reference to the term “reapplication” and provide flexibility for electronic documents on Rule 4.1.1.3 and Rule 4.3.3
•Clarify the requirement for certified translation in English on Rule 4.1.1.8
•Addition of Rule 4.3.5 to clarify how long applications will be retained for those who are denied pending additional experience for Engineer and Land Surveying applicants
•Clarify Surveying Education requirements in Rule 4.7.2.2 and Rule 4.7.2.3
•Changes, updates and clarification in mandatory Continuing Education requirements for Architects to align with national standards to impose consistency and recognize new legislation, in Rule 4.9.1, Rule 4.9.2 and Rule 4.9.3.1.2
•Put into rules, requirements for grading and drainage certifications in Rule 5.2.3 and Rule 6.2.3
•Update and clarify sealing document requirements for Architects in Rule 7.4.1 |
