| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
This regulation shall govern all procedures and hearings before the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission (“the Commission”) and the Colorado Water Quality Control Division (“the Division”). They are intended to assure that all such procedures and hearings will be fair and impartial. |
