| Description of Subjects/Issues |
These amendments to the Solid Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-2) delete the existing Section 13 regulations (Infectious Waste Disposal) in their entirety and replace them with new Section 13 regulations (Medical Waste). These amendments also make corresponding revisions and additions to Section 1.2 (Definitions), and revise paragraph (D) of Section 7.1 to remove the term "medical waste". |
