RULE REPEAL: This rule will be fully incorporated into 2 CCR 601-7, thus making 2 CCR 601-12 obsolete |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The original purpose of this rule was to provide a uniform statewide program for the erection and maintenance of Tourist Oriented Directions Signs (TODS). Because the TODS program has been incorporated into 2 CCR 601-7, this rule serves no purpose, is duplicative, obsolete, and hereby repealed. |
