| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the adoption and revision of the rules is for the general clarification, cleanup, and efficient management of the State Plumbing Board, and for the safeguard of the general public. The Examining Board of Plumbers held a Rulemaking Hearing on June 22, 2011, to revise Rule 2.3 - Alternate Material and Methods Review; adopt an alternate material and method into the IPC and IRC; and revise Rule 6.4 - Notice of Change of Address. |
