| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on amendments to 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter XXIV, Medication Administration Regulations. The proposed amendments correct a typographical error in a statutory reference and add language reiterating the statutory mandate that only certain types of health facilities may utilize qualified medication administration persons. |
