The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on the revision of standards to Chapter IV - General Hospitals regarding general administration, pediatric services, psychiatric services and perinatal services. The regulatory chapters of several other facility types refer to the Chapter IV standards, which mean that these facility types are also impacted by the proposed changes.
