Establish physician conduct standards for the medical marijuana registry program, including definitions of ?in good standing? and ?bona fide physician-patient relationship?, require medical records maintenance for medical marijuana patients, establish financial prohibitions for physicians who recommend medical marijuana, set reasonable cause standards for referrals of physicians by the department to the Colorado Medical Board for potential violations of the Colorado Medical Practice Act |
