| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comments on proposed rules pertaining to the donation of unused medications, medical devices and medical supplies pursuant to Section 12-22-133, C.R.S. The amendments to 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter II, establish standards for participating facilities regarding the acceptance and handling of donated items. The changes in Chapters V, VII and XXI are conforming amendments. |
