| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Amendments to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety, Amusement Rides and Devices Regulations, 7 C.C.R. 1101-12, are being made to update adoption of applicable codes and standards, replace the usage of ?carnivals and amusement parks? with ?amusement rides and devices,? and to clarify exemptions
It is imperative that the amendment identified above is implemented to ensure proper compliance with relevant codes and standards and to eliminate or clarify confusing language in rule. |
