| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
These amendments to the Hazardous Waste Fees in Sections 262.13, 100.31, 100.32 and 100.33 of the Colorado Hazardous Waste Regulations (6 CCR 1007-3) establish a one-year temporary decrease of 12% in hazardous waste fees for Calendar Year 2011. |
