The proposed amendments delete outdated provisions of the rule, update statutory citations and other reference material and add a section on licensure fees pursuant to 25-3-105, C.R.S. that requires the fees be set at a level sufficient to meet the Department?s direct and indirect costs of administering and monitoring the licensing program for various facilities |
