Description of Subjects/Issues |
Parts 1 - 5, 7, 10, 11, 15 and 20. The purpose of these proposed rules is to conform with new statutory provisions; repeal duplicative provisions; update registration requirements to reflect current business procedures and set expiration and renewal dates; repeal outdated business procedures; update references; clarify when it is a violation for a dealer to sell an RUP; create requirements for pesticide refillers; and update application submission language. |
Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of these proposed rules is to conform with new statutory provisions; repeal dulplicative provisions; update registration requirements to reflect current business procedures and set expiraiton and renewal dates; repeal outdated business procedures; update references to 40 C.F.R.; clearly state it is a violation for a dealer to sell an RUP after the expiration date and prior to the renewal of its dealer license; create requirements for pesticide refillers; and update application submission and incorporation by reference languange. |
