| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
Due to the passage of Senate Bill (SB) 10-028, Work Share, that became effective June 9, 2010, the adoption of emergency rules is necessary to allow implementation of the statute. The statute requires the division to promulgate rules to establish a Work Share Program for eligible employers. In order to administer the statute, immediate adoption of these emergency rules is necessary to comply with the law. |
