| Description of Subjects/Issues |
The purposes for the revision to Rule 2.B. is to clarify the process for licensure through endorsement ensuring they are substantially equivalent to the requirements for admission to examination in Colorado, pursuant to Section 12-39-106, C.R.S. and to allow for an applicant to demonstrate competency as determined by the Board. The purpose for the revisions to Rules 2.B, 2.E, and 3.4 is to further clarify the rules based upon statutory requirements. |
| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purposes for the revision to Rule 2.B. is to clarify the process for licensure through endorsement ensuring they are substantially equivalent to the requirements for admission to examination in Colorado, pursuant to Section 12-39-106, C.R.S. and to allow for an applicant to demonstrate competency as determined by the Board.
