Purpose of amendments: develop and implement management plans & revise existing management plans for selected List B species; add 'ordinary high water mark' to definitions; revise existing rules to incorporate ordinary high water mark definition; identify priority species for which the Commissioner intends to develop and implement management plans; clarify exceptions requiring elimination along roads and streams; revise exisiting langugage on figures 1 -185; and other non-substantive corrections |
