| Purpose/Objective of Rule |
The purpose of the State Personnel Directors permanent adoption of the administrative procedures (hereafter rules) listed below is to reflect changes to federal law and regulations, implement statutory and procedural changes, eliminate ambiguities, and provide clearer guidance to users of the Directors administrative procedures. |
